History
The Multilingual Education High School was established as a natural continuation of a long-term bilingual education project, developed step by step by the Multilingual Education Team.
In 2001, Agata Żurowska, President of the Multilingual Education Team, founded the Bilingual Preschool Tęczowy Ogród (Rainbow Garden), which introduced children to a pioneering bilingual education program.
In 2009, Warsaw Bilingual School (WBSchool), one of the first bilingual primary schools in Warsaw, began its operations.
The Multilingual Education High School was founded in 2023 as the culmination of the bilingual education project.
The Next Stage of Our Shared Journey
The Multilingual Education High School represents the next educational stage included in the project. The school's mission is to educate leaders who are fluent in foreign languages and acquire key competencies for the future. LEW implements its proprietary educational program, "21st Century Intellect."
Location
Our high school is located right next to the Wierzbno metro station, close to shops and bakeries.
We offer excellent facilities:
- It is an intimate school friendly to students. We want young people to feel comfortable in the space where they spend most of their day and to have optimal conditions for learning.
- Modern, comfortable interiors feature spacious classrooms
and subject-specific laboratories. - A friendly common area for mutual integration facilitates social interaction among students.
- The proximity of the WIERZBNO metro station
and tram and bus stops allows for convenient access from anywhere in Warsaw.
Partnership with Vistula Academy
The LEW Multilingual Education High School and the Vistula Academy of Finance and Business are official partners in educational exchange for our high school community.
What does this cooperation offer us?
It is a tangible connection between a secondary school and an academic environment — not in theory, but in the daily experience of students who can get to know the university, its staff, students, and its way of thinking about the contemporary world.
Partnership of Experience and Knowledge
We cooperate with all university departments, giving our high school graduates a unique opportunity to experience academic life "behind the scenes."
Knowledge of the Contemporary World
Key pillars include joint lectures and workshops on economics, politics, and psychology, enabling an understanding of market mechanisms.
Future with AI
The program includes AI workshops, where we analyze not only the potential of technology but also real ethical challenges.
Education in Practice
English language classes led by university staff and students provide live contact with the language in an international environment.
Meetings with Authorities
Direct contact with renowned scholars expands cultural capital and inspires young people to pursue ambitious career plans.
Career Planning Support
We participate in the Academy's open days and receive support in planning educational and professional paths.
Why do we do this?
At LEW High School, we believe that integration with the academic environment is not just theory, but a real way to build an advantage at the start of adulthood. Thanks to our partnership with Vistula, our students can consciously plan their careers in an international environment.
Student Support at LEW
We create a school where a new stage does not mean loneliness. From day one, we focus on relationships, support, and a sense of security.
Buddy Program – You are not alone here!
At our high school, we believe that entering a new environment should be an exciting adventure, not a cause for stress. That's why we created the Buddy Program, where older students support younger peers from day one.
Support at the Start
Your "Buddy" will show you how the school works and answer any question, even the simplest one.
A Safe Haven
This is your first "trusted person" – for a chat, asking for directions, or going out for a break together.
Relationships Instead of Stress
Thanks to the guidance of an older peer, you will feel at home with us faster and make new acquaintances more easily.
Well-being Above All
For us, you matter, not just your grades. Instead of feeling lost, we offer:
- A sense of belonging to a close-knit community.
- Emotional security from the first bell.
- An atmosphere of kindness that builds the climate of the entire high school.
